Yala National Park

Nestled in the southeastern expanse of Sri Lanka, Yala National Park is roughly a four-hour drive from Colombo. As one of Sri Lanka's largest and most sought-after reserves, Yala invites you to explore its lush jungles, grassy plains, marshes, marine wetlands, and coastlines. Divided into five blocks, only two are accessible to the public, offering a glimpse into its rich biodiversity.

Discover the park's renowned leopard population and encounter over 200 bird species, including flamingos, herons, pelicans, and storks. With 40 mammals such as sloth bears, deer, wild boar, golden jackals, and crocodiles, Yala promises an immersive experience.
